Shred905 The team and participants at Shred905 have been very welcoming with a sense of familial comradery that I truly appreciate. I met with Maria DeFilippis owner and instructor who took the time to get to know me, asking what type of exercises I've done and like, and she made some suggestions. As a result, I have taken several classes including HIIT, Movement & Mobility, as well as Kickboxing. Shred 905 is an awesome new gym in Vaughan! The intimate class size, state of the art equipment and super knowledgeable trainers are some of the best things about this boutique gym. The trainers really focus on technique, along with encouraging you to push your limits. I love that classes are offer at night to accommodate my busy work schedule.
