We are pleased and excited to announce the launch

of our SHRED 7- day meal plan with Fina Scroppo

Our meal plan is a new feature and we are super proud of the work we've done. We've collaborated with the amazing talent of established foodbook author Fina Scroppoas well as Nutritionist and Homeopath John Koveos to bring you nutritious and delicious healthy eating. Fina Scroppo is the celebrated author of 'The Healthy Italian' and John is the founder and creater of Schinoussa Products/Quantum Nutrition.

The 7-day meal plan includes full colour recipes for breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as snacks, complete grocery lists, nutritional analysis, meal prep tips and more!

Our meal plans are available to SHRED members and non members with preferred pricing for members.

Pricing for the 7 day meal plan is $25+HST for SHRED members and $50+HST for non members. 

The meal plan is available for purchase online for everyone.

Members will see the '7 Day Meal Plan' in the online store- similar to their current SHRED shopping experience. 

Upon purchase of the meal plan you will receive an email with your downloadable colour e-copy within 24 hours.

Printed copies will also be available and arriving to SHRED soon.
