Our space features a live boxing ring, Stages SC3 model bikes, the Octagon 2.0 functional frame from Escape Fitness - which we are among the only fitness studios in Ontario to offer! We've got plyoboxes, TIYR, kettlebells, dumbbells, resistance bands and more!
